TA-Linux uses bugzilla for all bug reports and feature requests. Please go to the bugzilla site to view/make bug reports.

First of all, check the bugzilla database if your bug is already report, if not, check again just in case. If the problem is related to package building then first do a complete update of the Collection and try again. Always use an uptodate Collection.

Try to provide as much data as possible and pin-point the exact problem you are having, do not be vague in your report. Pick correct version and subsystem information for the bug.
If you receive an error message or any other kind of output then be sure to add it to your report.
